My main place of residence now is Japan.

I want to energize the place and people where I live.

My beloved Japan. What should I do to make all the people living in Japan happy?

Even if my primary residence will no longer be in Japan, I think it would be wonderful if I could think about the happiness of my base and spread it around the world as if it originated in that country.

What approach? TOBE thinking.

Do we go for problem-solving, or do we try with visioning and backcasting from there?
Incidentally, I don’t want to delve too deeply into the “reasons why it can’t be done”.

Personally, I like to conceive and set a vision, create “this is how I want it to be…” and then build up a series of “this is how I can do it…” to realize the vision. I like it very much.

And I think that visioning actually includes solving current problems.

Also, denying something. I also think there is a danger that the resulting path to vitality will be long.

Win without fighting the various existing vested interests. We will make each other happy.

To achieve this, I think it is effective to strongly envision “what we want to be”.

Who is the target? Me. And you.

But there is no use in focusing on areas where there are no apparent or latent needs. Whose and what needs should we focus on?

First of all, the crucial question, what about me?

What am I aware of the issues and needs? How do I want things to be, and how do I want them to be? The first step would be to start by listening to the needs of those closest to you.

The target is (first of all) me.

I live in Japan, work full time, have multiple children, and will retire in 10 years or so. That’s me.

And you.

I am sure that you love Japan as much as I do, and I would love to hear your opinions as well.
